Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Saljbar. Saljbar is operated by Frimtech Labs, a Netherlands-registered company (KvK 42040319, VAT NL005449541B23). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms.

Saljbar is a cross-listing tool. It lets you upload an item once and publish it on Tradera, Vinted and Plick, manage your listings in one dashboard, and have AI assist with descriptions. Saljbar is not a marketplace itself — sales happen on the connected platforms, not on Saljbar.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• One account per person unless you operate as a business — then additional accounts may be agreed.

You agree to use Saljbar only for lawful selling activity. In particular you may not:

• List counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or prohibited items
• Violate the terms of service of Tradera, Vinted, Plick or any connected platform
• Use Saljbar to harass, deceive, or harm other users or buyers
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public parts of Saljbar
• Use Saljbar from a country we are not permitted to serve

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

When you connect Tradera, Vinted, or Plick, you authorise Saljbar to post and manage listings on your behalf within the limits you configure. You remain responsible for what Saljbar posts in your name, and for compliance with each platform's rules.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial on any plan. We collect a payment method (card or supported alternative) at sign-up but do not charge it until the trial ends on day 15. You can cancel any time during the trial from the dashboard or via the Stripe customer portal and no charge will be made.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by EU consumer-protection law.

If you signed up as a consumer (not as a business), EU law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal. To withdraw, email hello@saljbar.se within 14 days of subscribing — we will refund any fees paid. Note: by starting to use Saljbar you confirm that you wish the service to begin immediately, and we may deduct fees for the days actually used.

Saljbar is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or losses caused by the connected platforms (Tradera, Vinted, Plick).

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Frimtech Labs' total liability for any claim relating to Saljbar is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, except where required by law.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment, liability, governing law) will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms. We'll email you in advance of material changes. Continued use after the change date means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a right to bring proceedings in your country of residence (e.g. Sweden).
